Thermaflo have developed considerable expertise on the building of pasteurisers to meet a wide range of products and process applications to meet the expected shelf life. This includes batch systems, continuous HTST, continuous ESL, and continuous UHT systems. By using either plate heat exchangers or tubular heat exchangers we can cater to a wide range of products. From milk, cream, ice cream mix to more viscose products such as egg, juice, sauces and pastes.

Where possible, Thermaflo incorporates the raw product balance tank, pumps, filters, hot water generation, heat exchangers, holding tube, electrical and electronic control cabinet all on a compact skid frame. All the components are of the highest quality, internationally available and the units are built to New Zealand and Australia’s stringent standards and are fully warranted and supported.

Thermaflo Batch Pasteurisers

For smaller quantities or specialist product pasteurising, Thermaflo Batch Pasteurisers are ideal. Again we will manufacture these batch pasteurisers to any configuration or Country standard to suit your requirements, using our extensive experience in this field. Sizes from 250 litres up to 1,000 litres.

ThermafloTunnel Pasteurisers and Coolers

For in bottle or jar pasteurisation, we will design and manufacture a tunnel pasteurizer, tunnel heater or a tunnel cooler to meet your requirements. In keeping with the Thermaflo tradition of quality, the tunnels are built to the highest quality and are fully warranted and supported.
